Hørd is Sebastien Carl's project, a French videographer, singer, sound designer and electronic musician. One can feel his multimedia state of mind through the immersive quality of his tracks, oscillating between epicness and sorrow, encompassing elements of post-punk, EBM, shoegaze and techno to create haunting soundscapes, sometimes beat-driven, sometimes more contemplative.

Since 2014, Hørd has brought its music live on the European stage, as well as releasing music on highly regarded imprints like Avant! Records, Persephonic Sirens, Giallo Disco or Sacred Court.

In 2025, Hørd launched the label Paragon Recordings, and released his 5th album, Bluestar.

Sebastien Carl writes, produces, and records all hørd music independently.
Filmmaker and fine arts graduate, collaborating on sound design and original composition for film and visual media.
